Starting a new farm project is always a journey, and we're sharing the reality of our Kales lemon planting! Out of the nearly 10,000 plants we started with, we lost some during the transportation and acclimatization process. It's tough, but that's farming!
The good news? The remaining, less than one-year-old plants are growing strong! We're giving them the best care with our first round of organic fertilizer (goat, cow manure) and creating raised soil beds to ensure excellent drainage and protect the roots from excess rain.
This is just the beginning! We're expecting substantial growth in the next 4 months. Follow along as we grow the essence of nature!
